All our tube mills are based on German design and are robust, precise, user friendly and maintenance free.
They include fully mechanized entry line, shear and welder automatic NC controlled Horizontal Spiral accumulator for totally stress free strip accumulation.
We use highly efficient and accurate helical reduction & distribution gear boxes for the purpose of driving the mill which reduces power consumption as compared to worm gear boxes.
Robust 2/3 roll type squeeze roll assemblies are employed for a precise control of weld parameters and reduction of the size of rolls to enhance HF welder efficiency.
Fin roll type seam guide unit is installed close to the squeeze roll to enable a precise control of V-angle.
Special driven shaping stands are used in sizing mill for precise and gradual formation of heavy hollow sections.
NC Flying friction/cold cut off system is provided in all type of mills to provide a computerized, programmable and highly accurate cutting operation which is both user friendly and maintenance free.
