CUT TO LENGTH LINE (CTL LINE) MACHINES

A Cut to Length (CTL) machine processes metal coils into accurately sized and leveled sheets or strips by uncoiling, leveling, feeding, cutting, conveying, and stacking the material.

A CTL line typically includes an uncoiler, leveller, servo feeder, hydraulic or mechanical shear, conveyor, and stacker.

Rollform CTL machines can process materials including hot rolled (HR), cold rolled (CR), color-coated, galvanized (GP), and stainless steel.

Rollform states that its CNC-controlled CTL machines provide length accuracy better than ±0.5 mm, along with straightening and leveling performance.

Depending on the model, Rollform CTL machines can handle coil widths from 150 mm to 1550 mm, strip thicknesses from 0.2 mm to 6 mm, and maximum coil weights ranging from 10 to 30 tonnes.
