precise and user friendly. They require
minimum maintenance and are easy to operate.
Designed to meet the individual requirements of our customers, our Tube Mills comprise of the following parts:
- Fully mechanized entry line comprising of:
- Uncoiler
- Coil Opener
- Shear and End Welder
- Fully automatic Horizontal Accumulator
- Highly efficient and accurate double output reduction and distribution gear boxes for mill drive
- Forming Mill
- Welding mill with Solid State Welder
- Sizing Mill
- Fully automatic NC controlled Flying Cut-off (both Friction/Cold saw)
- Ergonomically designed Roll Out Table with two side ejection
Highlights
- They include a fully mechanized entry line with hydraulic Shear & End Welder and fully automatic
Horizontal Spiral Accumulator for totally stress-free strip accumulation.
- Highly efficient and accurate helical reduction & distribution gear boxes to drive the mill. This
reduces power consumption as compared to worm gear boxes.
- Robust 2, 3 and 4 roll type squeeze roll assemblies for a precise control of weld parameters and to
reduce the size of rolls to enhance the HF Welder efficiency.

Features
- They include a fully mechanized entry line with hydraulic Shear & End Welder and fully automatic

reduces power consumption as compared to worm gear boxes.
- Robust 2, 3 and 4 roll type squeeze roll assemblies for a precise control of weld parameters and to
reduce the size of rolls to enhance the HF Welder efficiency.
- Fin roll type seam guide unit installed close to the squeeze roll to enable a precise control of
.V-angle.
- Special driven shaping stands used in sizing mill for precise and gradual formation of heavy hollow
sections.
- An NC Flying Friction/Cold Cut-off system is installed in all types of mills to provide an NC
programmable and accurate cutting operation, which is user friendly and maintenance free.
- Line speed up to 150 m/min.
- Quick change cassette type design.
- Higher range of t/d ratios.
- OD accuracy of tube up to ± 0.04mm.
- Length accuracy of tube up to ± 2.0mm.
- Burr-free cut ends with Cold Saw Cut-off.
- Special roll design to reduce cold working on tubes, which in turn reduces power consumption on
mill.
